Let Them Eat (Cheese)cake

We've decided to have wedding cheesecake instead of regular wedding cake.  Neither of us particularly care for cake. Besides, has anyone, when handed a slice of cheesecake, exclaimed, "Awwww but I wanted REGULAR cake!"?  Exactly.  Were' going to have our friend, who is an amazing baker, make New York cheesecake and then have a topping bar with fruit, candy, and sauces for everyone to choose from.  If anyone is allergic to cheesecake let us know and we'll make you an alternative!
